The EU AI Act is the world's first comprehensive AI regulation. From 2 August 2026, the Art. 50 transparency obligations apply to companies providing AI content to European users – regardless of where the company is headquartered: deepfakes and AI-generated images, videos and audio must be visibly labeled, AI texts when informing the public on matters of public interest.
